petrapixel's neocities website! - has an awesome tutorial on css grids and a free to use script for cachebusting! she's been a huge help in terms of the more complex stuff i haven't been able to wrap my head around
w3schools! - i literally go here for pretty much anything related to html and css. an amazing resource!
htmldog! - they helped teach me the very basics- a win for easily digestable tutorials!
the blinkies cafe! - a blinkie generator! i used this to get all of the blinkies on my website
fluffmoth's id buttons! - this is where the little id buttons on my about page come from! they are very cute :]

photopea - a web app clone of photoshop. very handy! i like messing around with it >:3
chattable - iframe based chatbox. simple to set up and very awesome sauce!

screenfly - test your website at different resolutions! handy for working on mobile layouts.
favicon - a nice favicon generator for websites! i stole a sunflower one off of here
internet archive's gifcities! - you can get SO MANY awesome geocities gifs from here! thank you internet archive for preserving so many things, we love you ^-^

3d gif maker - upload any image and you can make so many funny gifs. very recommended for any oc havers!
flight rising - dragon focused web game! you don't see very many of these around anymore, unfortunately :(
mii creator - a website based mii creator!! genuinely awesome, i love this site
